Using hyphyclub.com means you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

The site

Content on this site (music, video, images, text, the Hyphy Club name and marks) belongs to Hyphy Club or its artists. Enjoy it, share links to it, but don't rip it, resell it, or pass it off as yours. Submitting music through the intake gives us permission to listen and contact you about it, nothing more; you keep all rights to your music.

The store

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe, PayPal, or Coinbase Commerce. We ship worldwide; shipping costs and estimated times show at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes on international orders are on you.

Wrong size or changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort a return or exchange for unworn, unwashed items; return shipping is on you unless we shipped the wrong thing or it arrived damaged, in which case everything is on us. Crypto orders refund in the equivalent USD value at time of refund.

Mailing lists

Signing up gets you emails about the thing you signed up for. Unsubscribe any time by replying or emailing justinbell@hyphyclub.com. Promo codes are one per customer and can't be exchanged for cash.

The boring but necessary part

The site is provided as-is; we do our best but don't guarantee it's always up or error-free. Our liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the past 12 months. If any of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stand. Questions: justinbell@hyphyclub.com.
