The legal stuff
Privacy policy.

Hyphy Club (hyphyclub.com) is run by Hyphy Club, contactable at justinbell@hyphyclub.com. This page says what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words.
What we collect
If you send an inquiry, artist intake, or join a mailing list, we keep what you typed: your name, email, and anything else you put in the form (city, genre, music links, your message). If you buy merch, the payment itself happens on Stripe, PayPal, or Coinbase; we never see your card number. We receive your order details, your email, and the shipping address you give the payment provider, because we need those to ship your stuff.
Cookies
We use only what the site needs to work: a sign-in cookie for our own admin area, and your browser's local storage for your cart and to remember you closed our popups. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics that follow you around the internet.
What we do with it
We answer your message, ship your order, or email you about the thing you signed up for. Mailing list emails come from our own address and every one of them is something you asked for. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Who else touches your data
Our website runs on Vercel, our database on Neon, our email through Google Workspace, and payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce. Each of those processes data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Your rights
Want to see what we have on you, fix it, or have it deleted? Email justinbell@hyphyclub.com and we'll handle it. If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you have these rights by law (GDPR/CCPA); everywhere else, we honor them anyway.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and note it on the site.
